We put our faith in you to keep your appointment. When you make an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you. For that reason, if you must change your appointment time we request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. We do understand things come up, schedules change and illnesses happen and we will handle each case of missed appointments on an individual basis.
No shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice limit access for other patients, as well as cause a financial hardship for the practice. In order to avoid overbooking our patients and charging for no-shows, we feel a strict policy is the best for all of us.
- Patients that have 3 missed or broken appointments will only be allowed to schedule same day appointments. Beyond that may result in dismissal from the practice
- We are happy to schedule families, but will only be able to schedule two people per family per day in order to prevent a large number of no-shows or cancellations.
- If you arrive late, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your visit.
